Comfortable Private Apartment

This apartment has huge living and kitchen space. Each bedroom has its own closet with shared storing space near the bathroom. It's only 10 minutes walk to USC campus with a tram stop right in front of it. The apartment building has a small but beautiful yard with locked gates and bycicle racks. Private room close to USC!

We are renting out a private room in a historic part of LA about 3 miles from USC at Venice & Arlington. The location is really great - 15 minutes to just about anything including downtown, West LA, and Hollywood. We actually have two rooms available, both just remodeled with new carpet, paint, etc. The rent of $650 includes all utilities (internet, water, gas, electric, etc.). The lease will be month to month and we are asking for a security deposit of one month's rent. I'm a USC alum (2009, East Asian Languages and Cultures) and my wife lives here with me. I'm 28 and she is 25 so, um, we're not old enough to be boring yet. Between us we can speak four languages (English, German, Japanese, and Chinese), so maybe this would be a good place for an international student or just somebody interested in different cultures. We're pretty easy to get along with but are definitely looking for someone who is not into wild parties and wants a quiet environment.
